Our emphasis lies in encouraging individuals to know their status and seek the necessary support.
Community Engagement - Heirs Barbershop fosters community engagement through initiatives such as learning from elders, participating in community cleanup efforts, and investing back into the local neighborhood. We instill a sense of pride and responsibility within our community members.
Entrepreneurship and Business Coaching - Our comprehensive program guides aspiring entrepreneurs through every step of the journey, from conceptualization and planning to resource identification and execution. We equip individuals with the tools and knowledge they need to turn their vision into a successful business venture.
Apprenticeship - Through our apprenticeship program, we offer youth the opportunity to acquire lifelong skills in barbering through two years of on-the-job training, preparing them for licensure and potential employment within our establishment. Our application process ensures accessibility to all interested individuals, with no cost incurred by the youth participants.
