Policies

Reservations - reservations may require an additional fee to hold a spot. Before/After hours are based and priced via private consultations with Barbers/Stylist.

Tardiness - plan to arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to your services. This allows a timely transition and respect the customer who will be serviced next.

Cancellations/ No Show - cancellations must be done 24 hours in advance to receive a refund.

Weapons - we do not allow weapons of any kind including firearms, with the exception of weapons that are carried by law enforcement.

Animals - due to space in the shop no animals of any kind are permitted with the exception of service animals for those with disabilities.

Repeat offenders will be required to pay upfront in full which will be non refundable.
